1. Returns Eligibility

Our return policy differs for custom-made furniture and stock items. Please read the following details to determine if your item qualifies for a return.

  • Custom-Made Furniture: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Stock Items: Non-customized, in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dluxefurnishings@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if defective or damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving our return instructions

D Luxe Furnishings reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds for Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 10% of the item price may apply for returns of stock items. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify Us Promptly: Contact us at dluxefurnishings@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide Photos: Please include clear photos of the damage or defect for our review.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue and item availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Stock Items: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: For items damaged during shipping or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made and personalized furniture, unless defective or damaged

8. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
